  All trading during evaluations and on funded accounts is done on demo accounts with virtual funds.
  The evaluation fee you pay is a fee for the service, not a trading capital deposit.

• No Investment Advice:
  All information on our site or provided through our services is for educational or evaluative purposes only.
  We do not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations to buy/sell any financial instrument.
  Any trade decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

2. Eligibility

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.

• Legal Capacity: By signing up, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you’re registering on behalf of an entity (e.g., a company), you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Residence Restrictions: Participation is not allowed for residents/citizens of certain jurisdictions.

  • In particular, U.S. Persons (as defined by SEC/IRS regulations) are prohibited from using our service.

  • Residents of sanctioned countries (e.g., Iran, North Korea, etc.) or where such services violate local law are not permitted.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one personal account unless otherwise approved (e.g., for a corporate account).

3. Registration and Account Security

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Updates must be provided promptly if details change.

• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect violations or fraud.

• Proprietary Rights: All accounts (challenge or funded) remain our property. You are granted access under specific conditions.

4. The Evaluation Challenges

• Challenge Fee: To start an evaluation, you must pay a one-time fee (non-refundable, unless stated otherwise).

• Challenge Rules: You must adhere to all rules (profit targets, drawdown, trading days, etc.). Rule breaches result in failure.

• No Guarantees: Paying for a Challenge does not guarantee success or funding.

• Right to Modify Rules: We may update rules for future or ongoing challenges when necessary.

• Intellectual Property of Strategy: Your strategy remains yours, but we may analyze anonymized statistics for business use.

5. Funded Accounts

• Offer of Funding: If you pass the evaluation, you will be offered a Funded Account (demo with virtual balance).

• Trader Agreement: A separate Funded Trader Agreement will specify profit splits, payout procedures, etc.

• Profit Split: Default split is 80% trader / 20% company, with potential increases (e.g., 90/10).

• Payouts: Requested via dashboard; subject to compliance with rules. Transaction fees may apply.

• Account Ownership: Funded Accounts remain company property; funds are virtual.

• Ongoing Rules: All evaluation rules (plus funded-stage rules) apply. Violations may lead to termination and loss of payouts.

• Multiple Accounts: Limits apply (e.g., $300k–$500k). Circumvention via family/friends is prohibited.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Payment Methods: Various methods accepted (cards, crypto, etc.).

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues.

• Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to termination and blacklisting.

• Cancellations: Possible within 24 hours if you have not started trading.

• Right to Refuse Orders: We may cancel suspicious or erroneous purchases.

• Fee Changes: Pricing may change for new purchases, not retroactively.

7. Affiliate Program

• Commissions are paid on referred sales as per Affiliate Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: Submissions (e.g., testimonials) grant us a worldwide license for business use.

• Simulation Environment: Demo trading differs from live markets.

• No Liability for Missed Opportunities: Our liability is limited to possible fee refund/retry.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability is limited to the lesser of fees paid in the past 3 months or $500.
